Carson Valley’s Signature Breakfast For 2017: ‘Cowboy Benedict’ From Cowboy’s Cafe

Cowboy’s Cafe successfully defended its Breakfast Wars title for 2017, carrying 39.66 percent of the vote in last week’s final round with its “Cowboy Benedict” dish.

We have created a virtual throwdown among Valley restaurants, seeking out the signature dishes Carson Valley has to offer. We cover burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, soups, steaks, salads, appetizers, breakfasts, pasta, desserts, hot dogs and fried foods (you can see the results here).
