Baseball: Douglas Falls To Manogue (PHOTOS)

MINDEN, Nev. — Bishop Manogue leveraged a five-run third inning into a 9-5 win over Douglas High School baseball Tuesday afternoon at Tiger Field.

Douglas found its scoring with two runs in the first inning and three in the final frame. Haydn Brown hit a home run and drove in three runs, Kindel Isham, Haden Keller and Jayden Foster each stole a base and Keller and Foster each drove in a run.

Brown had a pair of hits and Foster, Tristan Futch, Ayden Murphy, Isaiah Schat and Maverick Duffy each had a base hit.

Douglas travels to Manogue for a 3:45 p.m. game on Thursday.


Manogue defeated Douglas’ junior varsity squad 12-3 Tuesday. Camden Brown tripled and drove in a pair of runs and Kody Stickley drove in another.
