Basketball: Douglas Senior Dalton Davis Signs With Franciscan University

MINDEN, Nev. — Douglas High senior Dalton Davis signed a letter of intent to play basketball for Franciscan University (Ohio) Thursday afternoon in the high school commons.

Davis, who has played basketball in Carson Valley since he was in seventh grade, has visited the Franciscan campus three times. Aside from all-league honorable mention honors on the court, he has maintained a 4.0 GPA and 100 percent attendance at Douglas High.

Davis averaged 7.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game for the Tigers this past season.
