GARDNERVILLE, Nev. — We’re in for a high of 72 degrees today with clear skies, and a near carbon-copy forecast in line for Tuesday.
The National Weather Service has wiped out the chance of rain for the week, so expect the clear skies to continue for at least 6 or 7 more days.
The Carson River continued to post incremental rises over the week, and is projected to continue to drift very gradually upward in the coming week.
The gauge on the East Fork south of Gardnerville is reading at 10.5 feet this morning, having risen only inches over the past week, and still roughly three feet below minor flooding stage.
We’ll be rounding up a busy weekend around the community this morning, so keep an eye out for updates.
That’s a full lid for now. Take care out there and have a great day.
