GARDNERVILLE, Nev. — Remembering that we started the week under several inches of snow, we should close out the week under clear skies and high temperatures in the 60s.

Today, though, should be mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain showers and a high of 48 degrees. Clear skies are set to arrive Wednesday.

The Douglas County Public Library will host toddler storytime this morning for children 18 months to 3 years of age at 10:30 a.m. Children will participate in music and felt-board stories. Preschool storytime for children ages three to five years will be at 11:15 a.m. Music and a craft accompany stories. The Minden Library is located at 1625 Library Lane.

The Gardnerville Town Board holds its monthly meeting at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon. You can read more on that here.

That’s a full lid for this morning. Take care out there and have a great day.
