Carson Valley Basketball Association Accepting AAU Sign-Ups

MINDEN, Nev. — The Carson Valley Basketball Association is accepting sign-ups for the 2017 season of AAU competition.
CVBA is a non-profit AAU club that competes in tournaments in Reno and Sacramento. Practice starts March 7 and the travel season runs through the end of May.
Sign-ups are open to boys and girls in third through eighth grades. The Douglas County girls program has been incorporated into CVBA this year.
Registration is available online at www.cvbahoops.com. Boys seventh- and eighth-graders may be subject to tryouts based on the number of players who sign up. Tryouts, if necessary, would be March 3 with the time and location to be announced. Families will be contacted if tryouts are necessary.
