Minden and Gardnerville, Nevada – The Towns of Minden and Gardnerville to accept awards for
Nevada Magazine’s 2015 Tour Around Nevada reader’s choice for Best Towns at their respective 4th of
July Celebrations.

Each year Nevada Magazine asks readers to vote for their favorite towns as part of the Tour
Around Nevada series. The Towns of Minden and Gardnerville have consistently finished in the
Top 5 in previous rounds; in 2015, these “sister Towns” were the clear front runners.

The towns are being recognized by Nevada Magazine readers for their individual small town
attributes which make each worthy of nomination in their own right, in addition to their spirit of
unified community and friendly collaboration. Each town has so much to offer and works so
well to compliment the other that it makes perfect sense both would be recognized for this honor
on the same day.
