Staff Reports

GARDNERVILLE, Nev. — Friday brings with it another 80 percent chance of rain, though it is already pretty wet around the Valley. Look for a high of 60 degrees and calm winds with more showers set to begin sometime after 11 a.m.

The week-long system of storms could begin to die off this weekend with the chance of precipitation drifting below 40 percent starting Saturday.

CVT readers have been sending in photos of the rain all week, which we have posted below. If you happen to get any photos of this afternoon’s weather, we’d love to see them here (or e-mail them joey@carsonvalleytimes.com)
