GARDNERVILLE, Nev., March 17, 2015 – The Douglas County Public Library hosts toddler (10:30 a.m.) and preschool (11:15 a.m.) storytime this morning at the Minden branch, 1625 Library Lane.
The Douglas baseball team is set to host Galena today at 3:45 p.m.
The National Weather Service has wiped all chances of rain off the board for this week, leaving us with partly sunny skies and a high of 66 degrees today. It’ll be much the same through early next week.
Voting is open in the final round of our search for Carson Valley’s Signature Appetizer. You can find the ballot here.
Scott Neuffer is up with his latest Cornered column. We have a list of 12 stories we’d like to get to today, along with some structural improvements to the Web site, but we’ll also have to wait to see how the day plays out. One way or another, there will be updates.
Oh and it’s St. Patrick’s Day. So make sure to wear green or people without personal space limitations will threaten to invade your personal space … and then you’ll both just stand there awkwardly.
That’s a full lid for now. Take care out there and have a great day.
